A method which comprises dissolving oxygen or carbon dioxide in a nutrient-containing liquid culture medium and culturing cells or microorganisms therein, wherein oxygen or carbon dioxide is quickly dissolved in the liquid culture medium while gently controlling the agitation of said liquid culture medium. A gas containing oxygen or carbon oxide is supplied to a porous body (11) so as to generate air bubbles (12) having a 50% diameter, in the volume-average grain size distribution, of 200 μm or less in a liquid culture medium (13). The liquid culture medium (13) contains, as an additive, at least one of a protein hydrolysate and a cell protecting agent for protecting cells.

La présente invention concerne un procédé qui consiste à dissoudre de l'oxygène ou du dioxyde de carbone dans un milieu de culture liquide contenant des nutriments et à y cultiver des cellules ou des micro-organismes, l'oxygène ou le dioxyde de carbone étant rapidement dissous dans le milieu de culture liquide dont l'agitation est par ailleurs doucement régulée. Un gaz contenant de l'oxygène ou de l'oxyde de carbone est introduit dans un corps poreux (11) de façon à créer des bulles d'air (12) ayant un diamètre à 50 %, dans la distribution de la taille moyenne des grains en volume, inférieur ou égal à 200 µm dans un milieu de culture (13). Le milieu de culture liquide (13) contient, en tant qu'additif, au moins un composant choisi parmi un hydrolysat protéique et un agent de protection cellulaire pour la protection des cellules.

【課題】栄養分を含む培養液中に酸素または二酸化炭素を溶解させて細胞または微生物の培養を行うにあたり、培養液の撹拌を穏やかに抑えながら当該培養液中に酸素または二酸化炭素を速やかに溶解させること。 【解決手段】多孔質体11に酸素または二酸化炭素を含むガスを供給して体積基準の粒度分布における50%径が200μm以下の気泡12を培養液13中に発生させると共に、前記培養液13中には、タンパク質加水分解物と細胞を保護するための細胞保護剤との少なくとも一方が添加剤として含まれるようにする。
