Disclosed is a metal die for measuring flow characteristics, which is to be used for the purpose of measuring the flow characteristics of a resin composition by applying the resin composition, i.e., a subject to be measured, to a channel provided in the metal die. The metal die for measuring flow characteristics is characterized in that the shortest distance from the cross-section gravity center to the outline of the cross-section shape of the channel is 0.02-0.4 mm. The method for measuring flow characteristics is characterized in that the resin composition, i.e., the subject to be measured, is applied to the channel of the metal die and the resin composition is made to flow in one direction, and the flow distance from the start point to the end point of the flow of the resin composition is obtained as a flow length.

L'invention concerne une matrice métallique destinée à mesurer des caractéristiques d'écoulement, destinée à être utilisée afin de mesurer les caractéristiques d'écoulement d'une composition de résine lors de l'application de la composition de résine, constituant l'objet de la mesure, à un canal disposé dans la matrice métallique. La matrice métallique destinée à mesurer des caractéristiques d'écoulement est caractérisée en ce que la distance la plus courte entre le centre de gravité en section transversale et le contour extérieur de la forme de la section transversale du canal est de 0,02 à 0,4 mm. Le procédé de mesure de caractéristiques d'écoulement est caractérisé en ce que la composition de résine, qui constitue l'objet de la mesure, est appliquée au canal de la matrice métallique et en ce que la composition de résine est amenée à s'écouler dans une direction, et la distance d'écoulement entre le point de départ et le point d'arrivée de l'écoulement de composition de résine est obtenue en tant que longueur d'écoulement.

 本発明によれば、金型に設けられた流路に被測定物である樹脂組成物を注入して樹脂組成物の流動特性を測定するために使用する流動特性測定用金型であって、流路の断面形状における断面重心から外郭線までの最小距離が0.02mm以上、0.4mm以下であることを特徴とする流動特性測定金型、およびこの流動特性測定用金型の流路に被測定物である樹脂組成物を注入して一方向に流動させ、樹脂組成物の流動の始点から終点までの流動距離を流動長として求めることを特徴とする流動特性測定方法が提供される。
