A carbon monoxide gas generator which comprises: a treatment vessel which has a treatment space inside and in which a support is held in the treatment space; an evacuation system which has been connected to the treatment vessel and with which the treatment space is evacuated; a metal oxide film having an oxygen-deficient perovskite structure and formed on the support; an input-side filter which has been disposed on the treatment vessel and through which carbon dioxide gas is fed from outside the treatment vessel to the treatment space; and an output-side filter which has been disposed on the treatment vessel and through which carbon monoxide gas generated on the surface of the metal oxide film is taken out of the treatment space.

La présente invention concerne un générateur de monoxyde de carbone gazeux qui comprend : une cuve de traitement à l'intérieur de laquelle se trouve un espace de traitement et à l'intérieur de laquelle un support est maintenu dans l'espace de traitement ; un système d'évacuation qui a été connecté à la cuve de traitement et avec lequel l'espace de traitement est évacué ; un film d'oxyde métallique ayant une structure de type pérovskite pauvre en oxygène et formé sur le support ; un filtre du côté de l'entrée qui a été disposé sur la cuve de traitement et à travers lequel le dioxyde de carbone gazeux est alimenté de l'extérieur de la cuve de traitement en direction de l'espace de traitement ; et un filtre du côté de la sortie qui a été disposé sur la cuve de traitement et à travers lequel le monoxyde de carbone gazeux généré à la surface du film d'oxyde métallique est récupéré hors de l'espace de traitement.

 一酸化炭素ガス発生装置は、処理空間を画成し、前記処理空間中に支持体を保持した処理容器と、前記処理容器に結合され前記処理空間を排気する排気系と、前記支持体上に形成され、酸素欠陥を含んだペロブスカイト構造の金属酸化物膜と、前記処理容器に設けられ、前記処理空間に前記処理容器の外部から二酸化炭素ガスを供給する入力側フィルタと、前記処理容器に設けられ、前記金属酸化物膜の表面で発生した一酸化炭素ガスを前記処理空間から取り出す出力側フィルタと、を含む。
