A method of manufacturing a composite sheet for an absorptive article, the method manufacturing the composite sheet by joining, in a predetermined meandering pattern, continuous bodies of elastic band members to a continuous body of a sheet which is continuously conveyed in the conveyance direction. The method involves: performing first joining for joining, through a first rocking arm which rocks about a first support shaft section in the direction intersecting the conveyance direction, a first elastic band member to the sheet by sending the first elastic band member toward the sheet and causing the first elastic band member to make surface-contact with the sheet; and performing second joining for joining, through a second rocking arm which rocks about a second support shaft section in the direction intersecting the conveyance direction, a second elastic band member to the sheet by sending the second elastic band member toward the sheet and causing the second elastic band member to make surface-contact with the sheet. In the first joining, the first elastic band member supplied toward a first support shaft-side roller of the first rocking arm is placed onto and joined to the sheet after the direction of advance of the first elastic band member is reversed by sequentially passing the first elastic band member over both the outer peripheral surface of the first support shaft-side roller and the outer peripheral surface of a first rocking end-side roller of the first rocking arm. In the second joining, the second elastic band member supplied toward a second support shaft-side roller of the second rocking arm is placed onto and joined to the sheet after the direction of advance of the second elastic band member is reversed by sequentially passing the second elastic band member over both the outer peripheral surface of the second support shaft-side roller and the outer peripheral surface of a second rocking end-side roller of the second rocking arm and the second elastic band member. A first placement position at which the first rocking arm places the first elastic band member onto the sheet and a second placement position at which the second rocking arm places the second elastic band member onto the sheet are different from each other with respect to the conveyance direction.

L'invention porte sur un procédé de fabrication d'une feuille composite pour article absorbant, le procédé fabriquant la feuille composite par jonction, selon une configuration ondulée, de corps continus d'éléments de bande élastique et d'un corps continu d'une feuille transportée en continu dans la direction de déplacement. Le procédé met en jeu : la réalisation d'une première liaison destinée à lier, par un premier bras de basculement qui bascule autour d'une première section d'arbre de support dans la direction coupant la direction de transport, un premier élément de bande élastique à la feuille par envoi du premier élément de bande élastique vers la feuille et réalisation d'un contact de surface entre le premier élément de bande élastique et la feuille ; et la réalisation d'une seconde liaison destinée à lier, par un second bras de basculement qui bascule autour d'une seconde section d'arbre de support dans la direction coupant la direction de transport, un second élément de bande élastique à la feuille par envoi du second élément de bande élastique vers la feuille et réalisation d'un contact de surface entre le deuxième élément de bande élastique et la feuille. Dans la première liaison, le premier élément de bande élastique amené vers un premier rouleau côté arbre de support du premier arbre de basculement est placé sur et lié à la feuille après que la direction de progression du premier élément de bande élastique ait été inversée par passage séquentiel du premier élément de bande élastique à la fois sur la surface périphérique extérieure du premier rouleau côté arbre de support et sur la surface périphérique extérieure du premier rouleau côté extrémité de basculement du premier bras de basculement. Dans la seconde liaison, le second élément de bande élastique amené vers un second rouleau côté arbre de support du second bras de basculement est placé sur et lié à la feuille après que la direction de progression du second élément de bande élastique ait été inversée par passage séquentiel du second élément de bande élastique à la fois sur la surface périphérique extérieure du second rouleau côté arbre de support et la surface périphérique extérieure du second rouleau côté extrémité de basculement du second bras de basculement et le second élément de bande élastique. La première position de placement dans laquelle le premier bras de basculement place le premier élément de bande élastique sur la feuille et la seconde position de placement dans laquelle le second bras de basculement place le second élément de bande élastique sur la feuille sont différentes l'une de l'autre par rapport à la direction de transport.

 搬送方向に連続して搬送されるシートの連続体に対して、弾性帯部材の連続体を所定の蛇行パターンで接合して吸収性物品に係る複合シートを製造する方法である。第1支軸部を旋回中心として前記搬送方向と交差する方向に揺動する第1揺動アームを介して、第1弾性帯部材をシートに向けて送りつつ面接触させて接合する第1の接合することと、第2支軸部を旋回中心として前記搬送方向と交差する方向に揺動する第2揺動アームを介して、第2弾性帯部材を前記シートに向けて送りつつ面接触させて接合する第2の接合することと、を有する。第1の接合することでは、第1揺動アームの第1支軸部側ローラーに向けて供給された第1弾性帯部材が、順次、第1支軸部側ローラーの外周面及び第1揺動アームの第1揺動端側ローラーの外周面に掛け回されて進行方向を反転された後に前記シート上に投入されて接合される。第2の接合することでは、第2揺動アームの第2支軸部側ローラーに向けて供給された第2弾性帯部材が、順次、第2支軸部側ローラーの外周面及び第2揺動アームの第2揺動端側ローラーの外周面に掛け回されて進行方向を反転された後に前記シート上に投入されて接合される。第1揺動アームが第1弾性帯部材を前記シート上に投入する第1投入位置と、第2揺動アームが第2弾性帯部材を前記シート上に投入する第2投入位置とは、互いに、前記搬送方向に関して異なっている。
