When the discharge capacity of a main pump (1102), which discharge capacity changes according to driving force of an internal combustion engine, is less than the level at which hydraulic oil required by a shifting hydraulic circuit (120) can be covered by only hydraulic oil discharged from the main pump (1102), both the hydraulic oil discharged from the main pump (1102) and the hydraulic oil discharged from a sub-pump (1103) are supplied to the shifting hydraulic circuit (120) and to a lubricating hydraulic circuit (140). On the other hand, when the discharge capacity of the main pump (1102) is equal to or higher than the level, the hydraulic oil discharged from the sub-pump (1103) is not supplied to the shifting hydraulic circuit (120) but supplied to the lubricating hydraulic circuit (140) and, at the same time, the hydraulic oil discharged from the main pump (1102) is supplied to the shifting hydraulic circuit (120) and to the lubricating hydraulic circuit (140).

L'invention concerne un dispositif hydraulique de transmission à variation continue. Lorsque la capacité de refoulement d'une pompe principale (1102), dont la capacité de refoulement varie en fonction de la force d'entraînement d'un moteur à combustion interne, est inférieure au niveau auquel l'huile hydraulique nécessaire à un circuit hydraulique variable (120) peut être fournie uniquement par l'huile hydraulique refoulée par la pompe principale (1102), à la fois l'huile hydraulique refoulée par la pompe principale (1102) et l'huile hydraulique refoulée par par une sous-pompe (1103) sont fournies au circuit hydraulique variable (120) et à un circuit hydraulique de lubrification (140). En revanche lorsque la capacité de refoulement de la pompe principale (1102) est supérieure ou égale au dit niveau, l'huile hydraulique refoulée par la sous-pompe (1103) n'est pas fournie au circuit hydraulique variable (120), mais elle est fournie au circuit hydraulique de lubrification (140) et en même temps, l'huile hydraulique refoulée par la pompe principale (1102) est fournie au circuit hydraulique variable (120) et au circuit hydraulique de lubrification (140).
