A butterfly valve-type throttle valve where a valve body is more reliably fixed to a valve shaft. The throttle valve (10) has the valve shaft (12) laid across an air intake path (5) of an internal combustion engine and also has the butterfly valve-type valve body (14) rotating integrally with the valve shaft (12) to adjust the amount of an intake airflow flowing in the air intake path (5). The valve body (14) is constructed from two split members (20). The split members (20) are joined together by fusion-bonding means (36), which is joining means not using screws, to form a shaft hole (34) in which the valve shaft (12) fits. A gap closing member (16) is provided at a peripheral edge of the valve body (14), and the gap closing member (16) closes a gap that is between the valve body (14) and a path wall surface (5a) of the air intake path (5) and occurs when the valve is totally closed.

La présente invention concerne une soupape papillon d'obturation où un corps de soupape est fixé de façon plus fiable à un arbre de soupape. L'arbre de soupape (12) de la soupape papillon d'obturation (10) est placé à travers un passage d'admission d'air (5) d'un moteur à combustion interne et le corps de soupape de la soupape à papillon (14) tourne d'un seul tenant avec l'arbre de soupape (12) pour réguler la quantité d'un écoulement d'air d'admission qui s'écoule dans le passage d'admission d'air (5). Le corps de soupape (14) est construit à partir de deux éléments divisés (20). Les éléments divisés (20) sont joints l'un à l'autre par des moyens de fusion de liage (36), qui sont des moyens de jonction qui n'utilisent pas de vis, pour former un trou d'arbre (34) dans lequel se loge l'arbre de soupape (12). Un élément de fermeture d'espace (16) est prévu au niveau du bord périphérique du corps de soupape (14), et l'élément de fermeture d'espace (16) ferme un espace qui se trouve entre le corps de soupape (14) et une surface de paroi de passage (5a) du passage d'admission d'air (5) et ceci se produit lorsque la soupape est totalement fermée.

 弁軸に対する弁本体の固定にかかる信頼性を向上することのできる蝶弁式絞り弁を提供する。  蝶弁式絞り弁10は、内燃機関の吸気通路5を横断する弁軸12と、その弁軸12と一体的に回動することにより吸気通路5を流れる吸気流量を調節する蝶弁式の弁本体14とを備える。弁本体14を2つの分割材20により構成し、両分割材20をねじを用いない結合手段である溶着手段36により相互に結合しかつその結合により弁軸12と嵌合する軸孔34を形成する構成とする。弁本体14の周縁部に、全閉位置における弁本体14と吸気通路5の通路壁面5aとの間の隙間を閉塞するための隙間閉塞部材16を備える。
