[PROBLEMS] To provide a high-pressure fuel injection tube having high resistance to breakage from fatigue, which is achieved by preventing generation of cracks in a pocket portion during forming of a head portion, generation of cracks due to erosion by cavitation, and occurrence of tensile stress caused by formation of the pocket portion. [MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS] The high-pressure fuel injection tube has, at a connecting end of a thick-wall small-diameter steel tube, a spherical seat surface, an annular flange portion, and a conical surface contiguous to the seat surface and incorporating a washer and a fastening nut. When a tube material satisfying the relationship of t (wall thickness)/D(outside diameter) < 0.3 is used, the axial distance from the end of the connecting head portion to the back face of the annular flange portion is in a range from 0.38D to 0. 6D, the spherical radius of the seat surface is in a range from 0.45D to 0.65D, and the outside diameter of the annular flange portion is in a range from 1.2D to 1.4D. When the inner peripheral surface of the connecting head portion has a substantially flat circular tubular surface or conical surface and a tube material satisfying the relationship of t (wall thickness)/D (outside diameter) ≥ 0.3 is used, the axial distance from the end of the connecting head portion to the back face of the annular flange portion is in a range of 0.38D to 0.7D.

Le problème à résoudre dans le cadre de cette invention concerne l'obtention d'un tube d'injection de carburant à haute pression présentant une résistance élevée à la rupture provenant d'une fatigue, obtenue en empêchant la génération de fissures dans une partie poche lors de la formation d'une partie tête, la génération de fissures résultant de l'érosion par cavitation et l'apparition de contraintes de traction provoquées par la formation de la partie poche. La solution proposée consiste à élaborer un tube d'injection de carburant à haute pression qui comprend, sur une extrémité de raccordement d'un tube en acier de petit diamètre à paroi épaisse, une surface de siège sphérique, une partie rebord annulaire et une surface conique adjacente à la surface de siège incorporant une rondelle et un écrou de fixation. Lorsque l'on utilise un matériau de tube satisfaisant la relation t(épaisseur de la paroi)/D(diamètre externe) < 0,3, la distance axiale de l'extrémité de la partie tête de raccordement à la face arrière de la partie rebord annulaire se trouve dans une plage comprise entre 0,38 D et 0,6 D, le rayon sphérique de la surface de siège se trouve dans une plage comprise entre 0,45 D et 0,65 D et le diamètre externe de la partie rebord annulaire se trouve dans une plage comprise entre 1,2 D et 1,4 D. Lorsque la surface périphérique interne de la partie tête de raccordement possède une surface tubulaire ou conique circulaire sensiblement plane et que l'on utilise un matériau de tube satisfaisant la relation t (épaisseur de la paroi)/D (diamètre externe) ≥ 0,3, la distance axiale de l'extrémité de la partie tête de raccordement à la face arrière de la partie rebord annulaire se trouve dans une plage comprise entre 0,38 D et 0,7 D.

【課題】 頭部成形時におけるポケット部の亀裂発生、およびキャビテーションエロージョンによる亀裂の発生、並びにポケットの形成に伴う引張応力の発生を防止し、疲労破壊に強い高圧燃料噴射管の提供。 【解決手段】 厚肉細径鋼管の接続端部に、球面状のシート面と、環状フランジ部と、前記シート面に連なる円錐面を有し、ワッシャーと締付ナットを組込んでなる高圧燃料噴射管において、t(肉厚)/D(外径)<0.3の管材の場合は、接続頭部端末から環状フランジ部背面までの軸方向距離が0.38D~0.6D、シート面の球体半径が0.45D~0.65D、環状フランジ部外径が1.2D~1.4Dであって、該頭部内周面が略フラットな円筒状面あるいはコーン状面を有する接続頭部となし、t(肉厚)/D(外径)≧0.3の管材の場合は、接続頭部端末から環状フランジ部背面までの軸方向距離が0.38D~0.7Dであることを特徴とする。
