A game device (10) controls such a game that a character operated by a user and a character of an opponent play a ball game by hitting a ball against each other. When the user designates hitting of a ball by the button of a controller (20), a hitting control section (42) determines the type of a ball when the character hits a ball depending on the type of a ball inputted by the user, calculates the trajectory of a ball hit depending on that type a of ball, and displays a flying ball on a screen. A type of ball display control section (45) displays a figure marked on the button, as information for specifying the type of a ball, in the vicinity of the ball on the screen.

Un dispositif (10) de jeu commande un jeu tel qu'un personnage actionné par un utilisateur et un personnage d'un adversaire jouent un jeu de balle en frappant une balle l'un contre l'autre. Lorsque l'utilisateur désigne la frappe d'une balle par le bouton d'un contrôleur (20), une section (42) de commande de frappe détermine le type de balle, lorsque le personnage frappe la balle, en fonction du type de balle entré par l'utilisateur, calcule la trajectoire de la balle frappée en fonction de ce type de balle, et affiche une balle volante sur un écran.  ゲーム装置10は、ユーザが操作するキャラクタと、対戦相手のキャラクタとが、球を打ち合って対戦する球技を行うゲームを制御する。ユーザがコントローラ20のボタンにより球の打撃を指示すると、打撃制御部42は、ユーザが入力したボタンの種別に応じてキャラクタが球を打撃するときの球種を決定し、その球種に応じて打撃された球の弾道を算出して、飛んでいる球を画面に表示させる。球種表示制御部45は、球種を特定するための情報として、ボタンに記された図形を画面上の球の近傍に表示する。
