A process for producing a fiber-reinforced resin which comprises placing at least a reinforcing fibrous base in the cavity of a mold, injecting a resin into the cavity, and curing the resin, characterized in that a substrate for skin layer formation and a resin-diffusing medium in which the proportion of the coefficient of impregnation thereof to that of the substrate for skin layer formation is 1.5-10 are disposed on at least one side of the reinforcing fibrous base through an interlayer comprising at least one woven fabric having a cover factor of 90-100% so that the resin-diffusing medium is located between the substrate for skin layer formation and the reinforcing fibrous base. The process diminishes pin hole generation in the skin layer in RTM, and can reduce the necessity of a repair step in, e.g., a coating step as a later step. It can attain improved productivity.

L'invention concerne un processus de fabrication d'une résine renforcée de fibre consistant à disposer au moins une base fibreuse de renfort dans la cavité d'un moule, à injecter une résine dans la cavité, et à faire durcir la résine, caractérisé en ce qu'un substrat pour formation de couche externe et qu'un support de diffusion de résine, dans lequel la proportion de son coefficient d'imprégnation sur celui du substrat pour formation de couche externe est de l'ordre de 1,5-10, sont disposés sur au moins un côté de la base fibreuse de renfort grâce à une couche intermédiaire comprenant au moins un tissu tissé présentant un facteur de couverture de 90-100% de sorte que le support de diffusion de résine est situé entre le substrat pour formation de couche externe et la base fibreuse de renfort. Le processus diminue la production de trous d'aiguille dans la couche externe en RTM, et peut réduire la nécessité d'une phase de réparation dans, par exemple, une phase de revêtement comme phase ultérieure. On peut ainsi améliorer la productivité.
