Provided is a demand control device comprising means (21) for storing the performance data of a consumed power accumulated value of each environmental condition in a power database (24), and predicted value calculating means (21) for calculating, at a demand period starting time, the predicted value of the consumed power accumulated value for this demand period on the basis of the performance data stored in the power database (24). Each environmental condition is specified by the time zone and an environmental condition other than the time zone. The predicted value calculating means (21) extracts such performance data from the power database (24) that the time zone corresponds to this demand period and that the environmental condition other than the time zone coincides with the current environmental condition, and the predicted value of the consumed power accumulated value for this demand time period is calculated.

La présente invention concerne un dispositif de contrôle de la demande comprenant un moyen (21) destiné au stockage des données de performance d'une valeur accumulée de puissance consommée de chaque condition environnementale dans une base de données de puissance (24), et un moyen de calcul de valeur prévue (21) destiné à calculer, au moment du démarrage d'une période de demande, la valeur prévue de la valeur accumulée de puissance consommée pour cette période de demande en fonction des données de performance stockées dans la base de données de puissance (24). Chaque condition environnementale est spécifiée par le fuseau horaire et une condition environnementale autre que le fuseau horaire. Le moyen de calcul de valeur prévue (21) extrait des données de performance de la base de donnée de puissance (24) telles que le fuseau horaire corresponde à cette période de demande et que la condition environnementale autre que le fuseau horaire coïncide avec la condition environnementale courante ; la valeur prévue de valeur accumulée de puissance consommée pour cette période de demande est ensuite calculée.

環境条件別に消費電力積算値の実績データを電力データベース(24)に保存していく手段(21)、デマンド時限開始時に、電力データベース(24)に保存されている実績データに基づいて、今回のデマンド時限における消費電力積算値の予測値を算出する予測値算出手段(21)を備え、各環境条件が時間帯と時間帯以外の環境条件とによって規定されており、予測値算出手段(21)は、電力データベース(24)から、時間帯が今回のデマンド時限に対応する時間帯であってかつ時間帯以外の環境条件が現在の環境条件に一致する実績データを抽出し、抽出した実績データに基づいて今回のデマンド時限における消費電力積算値の予測値を算出する。
