(EN) [PROBLEMS] To provide a sintered yttria (Y2O3) of high density excelling in plasma resistance. [MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS] There is provided a sintered yttria (Y2O3) comprising yttria (Y2O3) crystals and Y3BO6 crystals as constituent crystals thereof. This sintered yttria (Y2O3) is obtained by adding 0.02 to less than 10 wt.%, in terms of boron oxide (B2O3), of boron compound to yttria (Y2O3) powder, molding the mixed powder, and sintering the same at 1300° to below 1600°C.
(FR) Le problème à résoudre dans le cadre de la présente invention consiste à fournir un yttria fritté (Y2O3) de haute densité excellent en termes de résistance au plasma. La solution proposée est de fournir un yttria fritté (Y2O3) comprenant des cristaux d’yttria (Y2O3) et des cristaux de Y3BO6 en tant que cristaux constitutifs de celui-ci. Cet yttria fritté (Y2O3) est obtenu en ajoutant de 0,02 à moins de 10 % en poids, sous forme d’oxyde de bore (B2O3), de composé de bore à la poudre d’yttria (Y2O3), en moulant la poudre mélangée, et en frittant celle-ci à une température de 1300 °C à moins de 1600 °C.
(JA)   【課題】 高密度で耐プラズマ性に優れたイットリア(Y)焼結体を提供する。 【解決手段】 イットリア(Y)焼結体をイットリア(Y)結晶及びYBO結晶をその焼結体の構成結晶として含む構成とする。斯かるイットリア(Y)焼結体を得るには、イットリア(Y)粉末にホウ素化合物を酸化ホウ素(B)に換算して0.02wt以上10wt%未満の割合で添加し、この混合粉末を成形した後、1300°C以上1600°C未満で焼結させる。
