A method of molding a resin molded body, wherein an annular mounting seat (11) integrally formed projectedly from one surface of a panel body (3) so as to surround a through hole (9) is formed of an inner mounting seat part (17) and an outer mounting seat part (19) formed double on the inner and outer sides and connecting mounting seat parts (21) connecting the inner mounting seat part (17) to the outer mounting seat part (19) at four positions. Skin layers (23) are formed on the surfaces of a door inner panel (1). An expansion layer (25) having a large number of voids is formed in the panel body (3). The mounting seat (11) and the panel body (3) between the inner mounting seat part (17) and the outer mounting seat part (19) are formed of a solid layer (27) without the expansion layer (25). Thus, the resin molded body having a lightweight but highly rigid mounting seat can be provided.

L'invention concerne un procédé de moulage d'un corps moulé de résine, dans lequel un siège de montage annulaire (11) formé intégralement et faisant saillie à partir d'une surface d'un corps de panneau (3) de façon à entourer un trou traversant (9) est constitué d'une pièce de siège de montage interne (17) et d'une pièce de siège de montage externe (19) formées doubles sur les côtés interne et externe et de pièces de siège de montage de connexion (21) permettant de connecter la pièce de siège de montage interne (17) à la pièce de siège de montage externe (19) en quatre positions. Des couches de revêtement (23) sont formées sur les surfaces d'un panneau interne de porte (1). Une couche de dilatation (25) ayant un grand nombre de vides est formée dans le corps de panneau (3). Le siège de montage (11) et le corps de panneau (3) entre la pièce de siège de montage interne (17) et la pièce de siège de montage externe (19) sont constitués d'une couche solide (27) sans la couche de dilatation (25). On peut ainsi obtenir le corps moulé de résine ayant un siège de montage de faible poids mais extrêmement rigide.
