Disclosed is a multilayer film for a strain-free laminate which is used for flexible TFT substrates or the like. Also disclosed are a laminate obtained by arranging such a multilayer film on a substrate made of an inorganic material, and a method for producing such a laminate. Specifically disclosed is a multilayer film wherein an adhesive resin layer which can be adhered to inorganic materials is arranged on a film base made of a resin. This multilayer film is characterized in that the average thermal expansion coefficient between 60˚C and 80˚C measured while heating the multilayer film from 30˚C to 130˚C is larger by 30-400 ppm/˚C than the average thermal expansion coefficient between 60˚C and 80˚C measured while reheating the multilayer film, which is once heated to 130˚C and then cooled to 30˚C or less, from 30˚C to 130˚C. Also specifically disclosed is a laminate obtained by bonding such a multilayer film on at least one surface of a substrate which is made of an inorganic material. Further specifically disclosed is a method for producing such a laminate wherein the multilayer film and the substrate of inorganic material are bonded at a temperature not less than 40˚C but not more than the glass transition temperature of a resin constituting the adhesive resin layer of the multilayer film.

La présente invention a trait à un film multicouche pour un stratifié exempt de contraintes qui est utilisé pour des substrats de transistors à couches minces ou analogues. L'invention a également trait à un stratifié obtenu par la disposition d'un tel film multicouche sur un substrat réalisé en un matériau inorganique, et à un procédé pour la production d'un tel stratifié. De manière spécifique, l'invention a trait à un film multicouche dans lequel une couche de résine adhésive à laquelle peuvent d'adhérer des matériaux inorganiques est disposée sur un film de base réalisé avec une résine. Le film multicouche est caractérisé en ce que le coefficient de dilatation thermique moyen est compris entre 60 °C et 80 °C mesuré lors du chauffage du film multicouche de 30 °C à 130 °C est supérieur de 30 à 400 ppm/ °C au coefficient de dilatation thermique moyen compris entre 60 °C et 80 °C mesuré lors du réchauffage du film multicouche, qui est chauffé une fois à 130 °C et ensuite refroidi à une température égale ou inférieure à 30 °C, compris entre 30 °C et 130 °C. De manière spécifique également, l'invention a trait à un procédé pour la production d'un tel stratifié dans lequel un film multicouche et le substrat de matériau inorganique sont assemblés à une température égale ou supérieure à 40 °C mais ne dépassant pas la température de transition vitreuse d'une résine constituant la couche de résine adhésive du film multicouche.
