(EN) A rubber composition for footwear which comprises: (1) 100 parts by weight of a rubbery polymer; and (2) 1 to 150 parts by weight of a master batch obtained by kneading 100 parts by weight of at least one modified polymer selected among modified polymers each comprising a conjugated diene polymer, a copolymer of a conjugated diene monomer with a vinylaromatic hydrocarbon, or a hydrogenation product of either and at least one functional group bonded thereto together with 5 to 300 parts by weight of an inorganic filler. The rubber composition is excellent in tear strength and wearing resistance and further has extremely high adhesion to nylons, leathers, and EVAs which are materials for shoes. Owing to these features, the composition is an extremely effective material as a sole material for various shoes.
(FR) L'invention concerne une composition de caoutchouc pour chaussures. Ladite composition renferme (1) 100 parts en poids d'un polymère caoutchouteux et (2) entre 1 et 150 parts en poids d'un lot principal obtenu par malaxage de 100 parts en poids d'au moins un polymère modifié sélectionné parmi des polymères modifiés contenant respectivement un polymère de diène conjugué, un copolymère d'un monomère de diène conjugué avec un hydrocarbure vinylaromatique ou un produit d'hydrogénation d'au moins un groupe fonctionnel lié avec 5 à 300 parts en poids d'une charge inorganique. Ladite composition de caoutchouc présente d'excellentes résistances à la déchirure et à l'usure et elle possède également une adhésion extrêmement élevée aux nylons, aux cuirs, et EVA qui sont des matières pour chaussures. En raison de ces caractéristiques, ladite composition constitue une matière extrêmement efficace, en tant que matière de semelle destinée à diverses chaussures.
(JA) 本発明は、成分(1)ゴム状重合体:100重量部;及び成分(2)共役ジエン系重合体又は共役ジエン系単量体とビニル芳香族炭化水素からなる共重合体又はそれらの水添物に官能基含有原子団が少なくとも1個結合している変性重合体から選ばれる少なくとも1種の変性重合体100重量部に無機充填剤5~300重量部を混練して得られるマスターバッチ:1~150重量部を含む履物用ゴム組成物を提供する。本発明の履物用ゴム組成物は、優れた引き裂き強度と耐摩耗性を有し、更に靴の材料であるナイロン、レザー、EVAとの接着性に極めて優れる。本発明の組成物は、これらの特徴を生かして各種シューズのソール材として極めて有効な材料である。
