L'invention est destinée à éliminer la teinte bleue de l'affichage noir d'un dispositif d'affichage à cristaux liquides OCB. L'invention concerne une cellule d'affichage à cristaux liquides (11) comprenant: un substrat d'opposition (130) présentant une électrode d'opposition (Ecom); un substrat d'agencement (120) présentant une électrode de pixel Dpix pour chaque couleur; une couche de cristaux liquides (140) agencée dans une configuration incurvée, située entre le substrat d'opposition (130) et le substrat d'agencement (120); et des couches de filtre rouge, vert et bleu (CF(R), CF(G), CF(B)) agencées sur l'un des substrats. Les distances (dB, dG, dR) séparant les électrodes de pixel de couleur correspondante (dpixR, dpixG, dpixB) et l'électrode de position (Ecom) sont établies comme suit: dB < dR, dB < dG et |dB-dR| $m(F) 0,4 $g(m)m et |dB-dG| $m(F) 0,4 $g(m)m.

【課題】 OCB液晶表示装置の黒表示時の青味を解消する。 【解決手段】 対向電極Ecomを配置した対向基板130および各色用画素電極Dpixを配置したアレイ基板120間に、ベンド配列される液晶層140を挟持し、前記基板の一方に赤、緑、青のフィルタ層CF(R)、CF(G)、CF(B)を備える液晶表示セル110において、各色用画素電極dpixR、dpixG、dpixBと対向電極Ecomとのそれぞれの間隙距離dB,dG,dRを異ならせ、  dB<dR,dB<dGであり、かつ  |dB−dR|≦0.4μm  |dB−dG|≦0.4μm にする。
