A heat radiating member (1) shown in Fig. 1, comprising a tourmaline layer formed thereon by coating the surface of a base material formed of a metal with excellent heat conductivity such as copper and aluminum with a coating agent formed by mixing a schorltourmaline powder of generally 3 to 7 μm in grain size with a fluid fixing agent that the schorltourmaline powder can have a density of 0.025 to 0.05 g/cm2 and hardening the coating agent. Thus, the heat radiating member expected to provide more heat radiating effect than that of a heat radiating member formed by applying black painting to a base material, a device using the heat radiating member, or a part itself using the device can be provided.

L'invention concerne un élément de rayonnement thermique (1) illustré dans la figure 1, sur lequel est déposée une couche de tourmaline par enrobage de la surface du matériau de base constitué d'un métal présentant une excellente conductivité thermique, tel que le cuivre et l'aluminium, avec un agent d'enrobage. L'agent d'enrobage est formé par mélange d'une poudre de tourmaline noire présentant une granulométrie généralement comprise entre 3 et 7 $g(m)m et d'un fixateur fluide, laquelle poudre peut présenter une densité comprise entre 0,025 et 0,05 g/cm2 , puis par durcissement de cet agent d'enrobage. L'élément de rayonnement thermique ainsi obtenu permet un effet de rayonnement thermique plus important qu'un élément de rayonnement thermique formé par application d'une peinture noire sur un matériau de base. Cette invention concerne également un dispositif utilisant cet élément de rayonnement thermique, ou une partie dudit élément utilisant le dispositif.

 図1に示された放熱部材1は、粒径が概ね3~7μmのショールトルマリン粉末と流動状の固定剤とを混和してなる塗布剤を、銅やアルミニウム等の熱伝導性の優れた金属からなる基材の表面に、前記ショールトルマリン粉末が1平方cmあたり0.025~0.05グラムの密度となるように塗着して固化したトルマリン層を有して構成する。このように構成することで、黒色塗装を基材に施した放熱部材よりも、さらなる放熱効果が期待できる放熱部材、或いは装置または部品そのものを提供することができる。
