A work-hardened material from a stainless steel sheet, which has a chemical composition, in mass %, that C: 0.15 % or less, Si: 1.0 % or less, Mn: 1.0 % or less, S: 0.005 % or less, Cr: 10 to 20 %, Ni: 0.5 % or less, Al: 0.001 to 0.05 %,and optionally, one or more of Mo: 0.5 to 2.0 %, Cu: 0.5 to 3.0 % and Nb: 0.05 to 1.0 %, wherein Al2O3 based and/or Al2O3·MgO based inclusions having a particle diameter <= 10 μm are dispersed in a cleanness <= 0.06 %, and the material exhibits enhanced strength due to a work ferrite structure. The above work-hardened material exhibits an 0.2 % offset yield strength as high as 700 N/mm2 or higher and also is excellent in bending workability, and thus can be suitably used as parts or a structural material for a household electrical appliance, an OA equipment and the like.

C: 0.15 질량% 이하, Si: 1.0 질량% 이하, Mn: 1.0 질량% 이하, S: 0.005 질량% 이하, Cr: 10∼20 질량%, Ni: 0.5 질량% 이하, Al: 0.001질량%이상 0.02질량%미만, 필요에 따라 Mo: 0.5∼2.0 질량%, Cu: 0.5∼3.0 질량%, Nb: 0.05∼1.0 질량%의 1종 또는 2종 이상을 포함하는 스테인레스 강판이다. 입경≤10 ㎛의 AlO계 및/또는 AlO-Mg0계 개재물이 청정도≤0.06%로 분산되고, 가공 페라이트 조직에 의해 고강도화되어 있다. 700 N/㎟ 이상의 높은, 0.2% 내력을 보이지만 굽힘 가공성이 우수하고, 경량화가 요구되는 가전제품, OA기기 등의 부품, 구조재로서 사용된다. 2 3 2 3
