An imaging lens (100) comprising, arranged sequentially from the object side, a positive-meniscus first lens (1) with its convex plane facing the object side, a negative-power- meniscus second lens (2), and a positive-power third lens (3), the second and third lenses (2, 3) functioning as correction lenses. The first lens (1) has a strong power, and both the second and third lenses (2, 3) are aspherical on opposite planes. When the synthetic focal distance of the imaging lens is f, the focal distance of the first lens f1, the distance from the incident surface on the object side to the imaging surface of the first lens (1) Σd, and the Abbe number of the second lens νd2, the following conditional expressions are satisfied. 0.50 < f1/f < 1.5 (1) 0.50 < Σd/f < 1.5 (2) 50 > νd2 (3) Accordingly, a small, low-cost imaging lens capable of high-quality imaging can be realized.

본 발명의 촬상렌즈(100)는, 물체측으로부터 순서대로, 볼록면이 물체측을 향하는 양의 메니스커스인 제 1 렌즈(1)와, 음의 파워를 갖는 메니스커스인 제 2 렌즈(2)와, 양의 파워를 갖는 제 3 렌즈(3)가 배열되어 있고, 제 2, 제 3 렌즈(2, 3)는 보정렌즈로서 기능한다. 제 1 렌즈(1)에는 강한 파워가 부여되며, 제 2, 제 3 렌즈(2, 3)의 양면은 모두 비구면으로 되어 있다. 촬상렌즈의 합성초점거리를 f, 제 1 렌즈의 초점거리를 f1, 제 1 렌즈(1)의 물체측의 입사면으로부터 결상면까지의 거리를 Σd, 제 2 렌즈의 아베수를 υd2라 할 때, 하기의 조건식을 만족한다.
