The present invention relates to an apparatus for manufacturing a ceramic laminate and to a method for manufacturing the same having high production quality for returning a ceramic sheet without giving heavy load to the ceramic sheet when the ceramic sheet is transferred to a laminate support unit through a delamination transfer roll from a film deposition support unit. The present invention includes: a film deposition roll (12) of which the ceramic sheet (S) is formed on a surface; a delamination transfer roll (14) which is in contact with the ceramic sheet (S) for the film deposition roll (12) and delaminates the ceramic sheet from the film deposition roll; and a laminate roll (16) having the ceramic laminate which is in contact with the delamination transfer roll across the ceramic sheet (S) and laminates the ceramic sheet by delaminating the ceramic sheet from the delamination transfer roll. The present invention allows the outer appearance of the delamination transfer roll (14) to form an elastic body (14b) having an adhesive force for the ceramic sheet which is not greater than the adhesive force of the film deposition roll (12) and gives speed difference to absorb by shear deformation by the elastic body (14b) at a contact location of the film deposition (12) and the delamination transfer roll (14). [과제] 성막 지지 수단으로부터 박리 전사 롤을 통해서 적층 지지 수단으로 세라믹 시트를 전사할 때에 세라믹 시트에 큰 부하를 가하지 않고 반송할 수 있고, 품질이 좋은 세라믹 적층체를 제조하는 것. [해결 수단] 표면에 세라믹 시트(S)가 형성된 성막 롤(12)과, 성막 롤(12)에 대하여 세라믹 시트(S)를 사이에 두고 접촉하고, 세라믹 시트를 성막 롤로부터 박리하는 박리 전사 롤(14)과, 세라믹 시트(S)를 사이에 두고 박리 전사 롤과 접촉하고, 박리 전사 롤로부터 세라믹 시트를 박리해서 그 세라믹 시트를 적층함으로써 세라믹 적층체를 얻는 적층 롤(16)을 구비한다. 박리 전사 롤(14)의 외주부를 세라믹 시트에 대한 접착력이 성막 롤(12)보다 크지 않은 탄성체(14b)로 구성하고, 성막 롤(12)과 박리 전사 롤(14)의 접촉 위치에 탄성체(14b)에 의한 전단 변형에 의해 흡수할 수 있는 속도차를 부여했다.
