(EN) PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a terminal device, a control method and a program, which enable the appropriate selection of a connection destination cell according to a function to be executed.
SOLUTION: The terminal device, which selects a connection destination cell from among a plurality of cells formed by one or more base station devices, performs the processing of: acquiring first information indicating a priority when selecting a connection destination cell related to a plurality of frequency bands; from the one or more respective base station devices, acquiring second information indicating whether or not the base station device(s) can execute a predetermined function in one predetermined frequency band among the plurality of frequency bands; and based on the second information and the frequency band in which the predetermined function is executable among the frequency bands available by the terminal device, determining whether to select the connection destination cell according to the first priority not changed from the priority indicated by the first information, or select the connection destination cell according to a second priority changed from the priority indicated by the first information, so as to execute the selection of the connection destination cell according to the determination.

【解決手段】１つ以上の基地局装置が形成する複数のセルの中から接続対象とするセルの選択を行う端末装置は、複数の周波数帯域に関して接続先のセルを選択する際の優先度を示す第１の情報を取得し、１つ以上の基地局装置のそれぞれから複数の周波数帯域のうちの１つの所定の周波数帯域においてその基地局装置が所定の機能を実行可能であるかを示す第２の情報を取得し、第２の情報と、端末装置が使用可能な周波数帯域のうち所定の機能を実行可能な周波数帯域とに基づいて、第１の情報によって示される優先度から変更されない第１の優先度に従って接続先のセルを選択するか、第１の情報によって示される優先度から変更された第２の優先度に従って接続先のセルを選択するかを決定し、その決定に従って、接続先のセルの選択を実行する。
