PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a component mounting system that can automatically remount a feeder in a proper position even when there is a feeder that is not mounted in the proper position.

SOLUTION: A component mounting system includes a plurality of component mounting device each of which includes a plurality of feeder holders for detachably holding a feeder, and taking out a component from the feeder mounted on any of the plurality of feeder holders and mounting the component on a board, and a feeder replacement device that can move along a line where the plurality of component mounting devices are lined up and replace the feeder for each component mounting device. Then, the component mounting system acquires the types and arrangements of the feeders mounted on the plurality of component mounting devices, determines whether each feeder is mounted at a predetermined appropriate position, and remounts the feeder that is not mounted in the proper position in the proper position by the feeder replacement device when it is determined that there is a feeder that is not mounted in the proper position.

【課題】適正位置に装着されていないフィーダが存在する場合でも、自動的にフィーダを適正位置に装着し直すことができる部品実装システムを提供する。
【解決手段】部品実装システムは、フィーダを着脱可能に保持する複数のフィーダ保持部をそれぞれ有し複数のフィーダ保持部の何れかに装着されたフィーダから部品を取り出して基板に実装する複数の部品実装装置と、複数の部品実装装置が並ぶラインに沿って移動し各部品実装装置に対してフィーダの交換が可能なフィーダ交換装置と、を備える。そして、部品実装システムは、複数の部品実装装置にそれぞれ装着されているフィーダの種類と配置とを取得して各フィーダが予め計画された適正位置に装着されているか否かを判定し、適正位置に装着されていないフィーダが存在すると判定した場合、フィーダ交換装置により適正位置に装着されていないフィーダを適正位置に装着し直す。
