PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power source drive circuit which can suppress generation of overshoot of a secondary side power source resulting from change of DAC output in the vicinity of secondary side power source output voltage.

SOLUTION: A primary side power source circuit 20 of a power source circuit 10 is started under soft start control by a DAC 53 provided in a primary side power source drive circuit 50 of a power source drive circuit 40. The DAC 53 outputs voltage Vdac by dividing reference voltage Vref1 with a series circuit of a resistance R1 and a series circuit of a resistance R2 as a resistance string. In the DAC53, in the voltage Vdac, a step size of increase in voltage is set in half in the vicinity of secondary side voltage VD2. Thus, overshoot in the soft start control can be further decreased.

【課題】二次側電源出力電圧付近のDAC出力の変化に起因した二次側電源のオーバーシュートの発生を抑制できるようにした電源駆動回路を提供する。
【解決手段】電源回路10の一次側電源回路20は、電源駆動回路40の一次側電源駆動回路50に設けたDAC53によりソフトスタート制御で起動される。DAC53は、抵抗ストリングを抵抗R1の直列回路と抵抗R2の直列回路により参照電圧Vref1を分圧して電圧Vdacとして出力する。DAC53は、電圧Vdacが二次側電圧VD2付近で電圧の増加のステップ幅が半分に設定される。これにより、ソフトスタート制御におけるオーバーシュートがさらに低減できる。
