PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-aqueous electrolyte capable of improving storage characteristics when a power storage device is used at a high temperature and particularly suppressing an increase in resistance, and a power storage device using the same.

SOLUTION: There is provided a non-aqueous electrolyte containing a complex salt having a partial structure represented by the following general formula (1) in a non-aqueous electrolyte in which an electrolyte salt is dissolved in a non-aqueous solvent. (In the general formula (1), A represents a boron atom or a phosphorus atom, and M1 represents a monovalent metal element.)

【課題】蓄電デバイスを高温で使用した場合の保存特性を向上させ、特に抵抗上昇を抑制することができる非水電解液及びそれを用いた蓄電デバイスを提供することを目的とする。
【解決手段】非水溶媒に電解質塩が溶解されている非水電解液において、下記一般式(1)で表される部分構造を備える錯体塩を含有する非水電解液を提供する。

(一般式(1)中、Aはホウ素原子又はリン原子は一価の金属元素を示す。)
