PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily form a vibration isolation device which has a narrow gap or no gap between a stopper elastic body of a first fitting member and a stopper wall part of a second fitting member.

SOLUTION: A vibration isolation device comprises a cylindrical first fitting member 11, a second fitting member 12 fitted to one of a vibration generation part and a vibration reception part, an elastic body 13 coupling the first fitting member and second fitting member to each other, and a bracket B which is coupled to the other of the vibration generation part and vibration reception part and pressed into the first fitting member. The second fitting member comprises a stopper wall part 14 which surrounds the first fitting member radially from outside, the first fitting member has a through hole 11b formed to be open toward the stopper wall part and also has a stopper elastic body 19 for covering the through hole arranged on its inner peripheral surface, and the stopper elastic body is caused to elastically deform by a bracket to project toward an outer peripheral surface of the first fitting member through the through hole.

【課題】第1取付け部材のストッパ弾性体と、第2取付け部材のストッパ壁部と、の間の隙間が狭い若しくは無い防振装置を容易に形成する。
【解決手段】筒状の第1取付け部材11と、振動発生部および振動受部のうちのいずれか一方に取付けられる第2取付け部材12と、第1取付け部材と第2取付け部材とを連結する弾性体13と、振動発生部および振動受部のうちのいずれか他方に連結されるとともに、第1取付け部材内に圧入されたブラケットBと、を備え、第2取付け部材は、第1取付け部材をその径方向の外側から囲うストッパ壁部14を備え、第1取付け部材には、ストッパ壁部に向けて開口する貫通孔11bが形成されるとともに、第1取付け部材の内周面には、貫通孔を覆うストッパ弾性体19が配設され、ストッパ弾性体は、ブラケットにより弾性変形させられて、貫通孔を通して第1取付け部材の外周面側に突出している。
