PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antiglare film that has an excellent antiglare property for a wide observation angle even in a low haze, and can sufficiently suppress the occurrence of discoloration and glare when arranged in an image display device.

SOLUTION: There is provided an antiglare film that includes a transparent support and an antiglare layer having a fine surface rugged shape formed on the transparent support, where a total haze is 0.1% or more and 3% or less; a surface haze is 0.1% or more and 2% or less; a ratio R between a reflectance R(30) at a reflection angle of 30° and a reflectance R(40) at a reflection angle of 40° (R(40)/R(30)) to the light made incident at an incident angle of 30° is 0.00001 or more and 0.0025 or less; and an intensities I(0.01), I(0.02), and I(0.1) in a spatial frequency 0.01 μm-1, a spatial frequency 0.02 μm-1, and a spatial frequency 0.1 μm-1, in a power spectrum of the heights of the surface rugged shape, are within predetermined ranges, respectively.

【課題】低ヘイズであっても広い観察角度において優れた防眩性を有し、画像表示装置に配置したとき、白ちゃけ及びギラツキの発生を十分抑制し得る防眩フィルムを提供する。
【解決手段】透明支持体と、その上に形成された微細な表面凹凸形状を有する防眩層とを備え、全ヘイズが0.1%以上3%以下、表面ヘイズが0.1%以上2%以下であり、入射角30゜で入射した光に対し、反射角30゜の反射率R(30)と反射角40°との反射率R(40)との比R(40)/R(30)が0.00001以上0.0025以下であり、上記の表面凹凸形状の標高のパワースペクトルの、空間周波数0.01μm−1、空間周波数0.02μm−1及び空間周波数0.1μm−1における強度I(0.01)、I(0.02)及びI(0.1)がそれぞれ所定の範囲内である防眩フィルムが提供される。
