PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pulse width measuring device capable of measuring the width of a pulse which swings up to a negative potential.

SOLUTION: The pulse width measuring device includes: a PWM detection circuit 15 that detects a cross of a pulse and a first threshold value and a cross of the pulse and a second threshold value; and a CPU 16 that acquires a first cross time when the pulse crosses the first threshold value a second cross time when the pulse crosses the second threshold value. The CPU16 calculates a third cross time when the pulse crosses a third threshold value at rise time and at fall time as a pulse width on the basis of an inclination which is determined based on the first threshold value, the second threshold value, the first cross time and the second cross time.

【課題】マイナス電位まで振れるパルスのパルス幅を測定できるパルス幅測定装置を提供すること。
【解決手段】 パルス幅測定装置は、パルスと第1閾値のクロスおよびパルスと第2閾値のクロスを検出するPWM検出回路15と、パルスが第1閾値とクロスする第1クロス時間と、パルスが第2閾値とクロスする第2クロス時間とを取得するCPU16と、を有する。CPU16は、第1閾値、第2閾値、第1クロス時間、および、第2クロス時間に基づいて特定される勾配に基づいて、立ち上がり時と立ち下がり時におけるパルスが第3閾値とクロスする第3クロス時間の間を、パルス幅として算出する。
