PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connection link which prevents the generation of deformation caused by wear or bruise etc. in the outer periphery of an arm portion for connection of a link for chain connection, and can actualize the enhancement of strength, particularly, the enhancement of fatigue strength.
SOLUTION: The link for chain connection consists of one pair of U type links 1a, 1b, and is provided with groove-shaped arm portions for connection 4a1, 4a2, 4b1, 4b2 having arm portions for connection 2a, 2b in one end of the U type link and groove-shaped portions 3a, 3b in the other end, in which arm portions for connection 2a, or 2b in one end of the U type link are fitted into the groove-shaped arm portions for connection 4a1, 4a2, or 4b1, 4b2 of the other end, one pair of the U type link is connected by penetrating a connection shaft 5 in a through-hole provided in the arm portions for connection for connection 2a, 2b, 4a1, 4a2, 4b1, 4b2, wherein the outer diameter of the groove-shaped arm portions for connection 4a1, 4a2, 4b1, 4b2 is made larger than the outer diameter of the arm portions for connection 2a, 2b for connection so that the contact or collision of the arm portions for connection 2a, 2b for connection and obstacles etc. is prevented.
