Disclosed is an optical measurement system (1) provided with a main optical measurement device (10) and a portable optical measurement device (40). The optical measurement system (1) is characterized in that the portable optical measurement device (40) is provided with a second case (41) portable by the subject, C second light sending means (12) for illuminating the subject, D second light receiving means (13) for receiving light emitted from the subject, a second holder (60) worn on the head of the subject and having at least (C+D) through holes therein, a control unit (51) for acquiring measurement data relating to a brain activity while controlling the second light sending means (12) and the second light receiving means (13), and a communication unit (46) capable of communicating with the main optical measurement device (10), that (C+D) > (A+B) is satisfied, and that the communication unit (46) of the portable optical measurement device (40) transmits the measurement data acquired by the control unit (51) of the portable optical measurement device (40) to the main optical measurement device (10).

L'invention porte sur un système de mesure optique (1), qui comporte un dispositif de mesure optique principal (10) et un dispositif de mesure optique portable (40). Le système de mesure optique (1) est caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de mesure optique portable (40) comporte un second boîtier (41) pouvant être porté par le sujet, C seconds moyens d'envoi de lumière (12) pour éclairer le sujet, D seconds moyens de réception de lumière (13) pour recevoir une lumière émise par le sujet, un second support (60) porté sur la tête du sujet et comportant au moins (C+D) trous traversants à l'intérieur de celui-ci, une unité de commande (51) pour acquérir des données de mesure concernant une activité cérébrale tout en commandant les seconds moyens d'envoi de lumière (12) et les seconds moyens de réception de lumière (13), et une unité de communication (46) apte à communiquer avec le dispositif de mesure optique principal (10), en ce que (C+D) > (A+B) est satisfaite et en ce que l'unité de communication (46) du dispositif de mesure optique portable (40) transmet les données de mesure acquises par l'unité de commande (51) du dispositif de mesure optique portable (40) au dispositif de mesure optique principal (10).
