为了小型地构成下述内燃机用进气装置,即,良好地进行气流控制,可以降低旋转阀的能量损失,构成为具有:稳压箱;第1进气路径,其与稳压箱连通;第2进气路径,其与稳压箱连通;壳体,其具有与第1进气路径连接的第1端口、与第2进气路径连接的第2端口、以及与内燃机的进气部连接的出口端口;旋转阀,其具有可围绕旋转轴芯旋转地收容在壳体的阀壳部中的转子,通过上述转子的旋转而控制向进气部输送的进气;以及第1密封部,其在利用转子闭塞第1端口、第2端口、以及出口端口中的至少某一个的状态下,对转子和阀壳部的与转子相对的表面之间进行密封。
