The invention provides a control method for safely and continuously manufacturing a polycarbonate oligomer, which is an automatic harmless control method advantageous in that, harmful carbonyl chloride will not leak out of a system even abnormity happens. The invention concretely provides a control method for safely and continuously manufacturing a polycarbonate oligomer, including: a step (1) of providing chlorine and carbon monoxide to a carbonyl chloride reactor, and continuously manufacturing carbonyl chloride gas comprising carbon monoxide unreacted, and a step (2) continuously providing the carbonyl chloride gas continuously manufactured in the step (1), aqueous alkali of dihydric phenol and an organic solvent to an oligomer reactor, and continuously manufacturing a reaction mixture comprising the polycarbonate oligomer; when the control method for safely and continuously manufacturing a polycarbonate oligomer satisfies the following condition (i) and/or (ii), supply of chlorine and carbon monoxide in the step (1) is stopped, supply of the carbonyl chloride gas to the oligomer reactor is stopped, and toxic gas comprising the carbonyl chloride gas is transferred into a toxicity removing device for harmless treatment; a condition (i): when a cooling water flow amount F1 of the carbonyl chloride reactor reduces by more than 25% from a stable state, a condition (ii), when the outlet temperature T1 of the cooling water of the carbonyl chloride reactor ascends by more than 5 degrees from a stable state.

提供一种安全地制造聚碳酸酯低聚物的方法,其是即使发生异常,有害的碳酰氯也不会向系统外泄漏而自动无害化的控制方法。具体地是一种连续制造聚碳酸酯低聚物的控制方法,具备:向碳酰氯反应器中供给氯和一氧化碳,连续制造含有未反应的一氧化碳的碳酰氯气体的工序(1),以及向低聚物反应器中连续供给所述工序(1)中连续制造的碳酰氯气体、二元酚的碱水溶液和有机溶剂,连续制造含有聚碳酸酯低聚物的反应混合物的工序(2);所述连续制造聚碳酸酯低聚物的控制方法在满足下述条件(i)和/或(ii)时,停止所述工序(1)中的氯和一氧化碳的供给,同时停止向低聚物反应器中供给碳酰氯气体,并且将含有碳酰氯气体的有毒气体转移到除害装置中进行无害化;条件(i):当碳酰氯反应器的冷却水流量F1从稳定状态降低25%以上时,条件(ii):当碳酰氯反应器冷却水的出口温度T1从稳定状态上升5℃以上时。
