A non-aqueous electrolyte secondary cell pulse charge method includes: a charge control step for performing pulse charge by periodically supplying a pulse-shaped current to a non-aqueous electrolyte secondary cell; a cell voltage detection step for measuring a cell voltage of the non-aqueous electrolyte secondary cell; a comparison step for comparing the cell voltage measured when the pulse-shaped current is supplied by the cell voltage detection step to a predetermined set voltage; and a charge end control step for terminating the pulse charge when the comparison result indicates that the measured cell voltage exceeds the set voltage.
