(EN) The purpose of the present disclosure is to provide a heat source system and a heat source device suitable for connection to an existing hot-water supply system or other hot-water supply equipment such as a water heater. This heat source system (14) is connected to the other heat source system (16). The heat source system comprises a heat source device (22) and a control unit (26). The heat source device includes a water restriction valve (34) for restricting the flow rate of feedwater flowing through the device, and heats the feedwater. The control unit is connected to the heat source device and acquires flow rate information of the water supplied to the other heat source system and the heat source device, and when the flow rate of the feedwater is 0 or more and less than a first setting value (SP1), the water restriction valve is closed, and when the flow rate of the feedwater is equal to or greater than the first setting value, the water restriction valve is opened.
