(EN) A transmission device of the present disclosure comprises: first to third serializers capable of respectively generating first to third serial signals; a first output unit capable of setting the voltage of a first output terminal; a first output control circuit capable of controlling the operation of the first output unit on the basis of a first serial signal and a second serial signal; a second output unit capable of setting the voltage of a second output terminal; a second output control circuit capable of controlling the operation of the second output unit on the basis of a third serial signal and the first serial signal; a third output unit capable of setting the voltage of a third output terminal; and a third output control circuit capable of controlling the operation of the third output unit on the basis of the second serial signal and the third serial signal. The first to third serializers are arranged in this order on a semiconductor substrate, and the first to third output control circuits are arranged in this order on the semiconductor substrate.
