(EN) The temperature-sensitive pellet type thermal fuse (10) is provided with: a conductive cylindrical case (18) having a first end section and a second end section; a temperature-sensitive pellet (15) which is disposed inside the cylindrical case (18) and melts at a specific temperature; an insulating tube (12) disposed on the first end section side inside the cylindrical case (18); a first lead (11)passing through the insulating tube (12) and having an inner end serving as a contact section; a movable contact (17) disposed inside the cylindrical case (18) and electrically connected to the cylindrical case (18); a weak compressive spring (13) that biases the insulating tube (12) and the movable contact (17); a strong compressive spring (17) that biases the temperature-sensitive pellet (15) and the movable contact (17); and a second lead (19) disposed in the second end section of the cylindrical case (18). The movable contact (17) includes a protrusive contact section (17a) provided at acentral portion thereof, and the protrusive contact section (17a) and the contact section of the first lead (11) are in contact with each other inside the insulating tube (12).
