(EN) The present invention suitably sends a plurality of UL signals of different RAT in a non-standalone-type wireless communication system. A user terminal, equipped with: a transmission unit for transmitting a first uplink (UL) signal of a first radio access technology (RAT) and a second UL signal of a second RAT at different times; and a control unit for controlling the switching of a first time used for transmission of the first UL signal in which a first UL carrier of the first RAT is used, and a second time used for transmission of the second UL signal in which a second UL carrier of the second RAT is used.
