The supporting body 30 is provided with:an elongated body 31 one end 31a of which is secured to the electric line support 101 side, and the other end 31b of which is disposed spaced apart from the electric line supporting body 101; and a snow accretion preventing portion 32 which is coupled to the other end 31b of the elongated body 31, supports the induction electrode 20, is disposed midway along the elongated body 31, and has a void32a between the snow accretion preventing portion 32 and the elongated body 31.
