The cross-sectional area of the gap (230) in a cross section orthogonal to at least one direction from among the direction from the wall part (212) exposed from the opening (223), to either endof the wall part (212) in the length direction, and the direction from the height-direction end of the wall part (212) exposed from the opening (223), to the main surface of the base (11), decreases in said at least one direction.
