When ceramic sheets are transferred to a lamination supporting unit from a film formation supporting unit via a stripping transferring roller, the ceramic sheets can be moved without imposing larger load on the ceramic sheets, and ceramic laminate with better quality can be manufactured. An apparatus for manufacturing ceramic laminate comprises a film formation roller (12), a stripping transferring roller (14) and a laminating roller (16). Ceramic sheets (S) are formed on the surface of the film formation roller. The stripping transferring roller contacts with the film formation roller in a way of clamping the ceramic sheets (S) in the middle so as to strip the ceramic sheets from the film formation roller. The laminating roller (16) contacts with the stripping transferring roller in a way of clamping the ceramic sheets (S) in the middle so as to strip the ceramic sheets from the stripping transferring roller and then laminate the ceramic sheets, thereby obtaining the ceramic laminate. An elastic body (14a) is formed on a periphery part of the stripping transferring roller (14) and, the adhesive strength, relative to the ceramic sheets, of the elastic body is less than that of the film formation roller (12). Thus, speed difference absorbed via shearing deformation of the elastic body (14a) can be generated in a contact position of the film formation roller (12) and the stripping transferring roller (14).

本发明制造一种在将陶瓷片从成膜支承单元经由剥离转印辊而转印至层叠支承单元时,能够在不对陶瓷片施加较大的负荷的情况下进行搬送,从而能制造出质量较好的陶瓷层叠体。本发明所涉及的陶瓷层叠体的制造装置包括:在表面形成有陶瓷片(S)的成膜辊(12);以将陶瓷片(S)夹持在中间的方式与成膜辊(12)相接触,且从成膜辊剥离陶瓷片的剥离转印辊(14);以及层叠辊(16),该层叠辊(16)以将陶瓷片(S)夹持在中间的方式与剥离转印辊相接触,从剥离转印辊剥离陶瓷片并对该陶瓷片进行层叠,从而获得陶瓷层叠体。由相对于陶瓷片的粘接力不大于成膜辊(12)的弹性体(14b)来构成剥离转印辊(14)的外周部,在成膜辊(12)与剥离转印辊(14)的接触位置上,产生能利用弹性体(14b)的剪切形变来吸收的速度差。
