Claims

1. A dispersant, comprising:
a triazine derivative represented by General Formula (1):

(MOL) (CDX)
in General Formula (1), R 1 is a group represented by —X 1—Y 1, where X 1 is an arylene group which may have a substituent, and Y 1 is a sulfo group or a carboxyl group; or
R 1 is a phenyl group having a substituent containing at least —NHC(═O)—, a benzimidazole group, an indole group which may have a substituent, or a pyrazole group which may have a substituent; and
an amine or an inorganic base.
2. A The dispersant according to claim 1, wherein a content of the amine with respect to the triazine derivative is 0.1 to 5 molar equivalents.
3. A The dispersant according to claim 1, wherein a content of the amine with respect to the triazine derivative is 0.3 to 2 molar equivalents.
4. A The dispersant according to claim 1, wherein a content of the inorganic base with respect to the triazine derivative is 0.1 to 1 molar equivalent.
5. A dispersant composition, comprising:
the dispersant according to claim 1; and
a polymer dispersant.
6. The dispersant composition according to claim 5, wherein the polymer dispersant has a hydroxyl group.
7. The dispersant composition according to claim 5, wherein the polymer dispersant is a polyvinyl alcohol resin and/or a cellulose resin.
8. A dispersion composition, comprising:
the dispersant according to claim 1;
a carbon material; and
a solvent.
9. A dispersion composition, comprising:
the dispersant composition according to claim 5;
a carbon material; and
a solvent.
10. The dispersion composition according to claim 8, further comprising a binder.
11. A dispersion composition for batteries, comprising the dispersion composition according to claim 8; and
further comprising an active material.
12. The dispersion composition for batteries according to claim 11, wherein a content of a dispersant containing a triazine derivative, and an amine or an inorganic base is 0.1 to 200 mg with respect to a 1 m 2 surface area of the active material.
13. An electrode comprising a mixture layer formed from the dispersion composition for batteries according to claim 11 on a current collector.
14. A battery, comprising:
the electrode according to claim 13; and
a non-aqueous electrolyte solution.
15. The battery according to claim 14, wherein a content of a dispersant containing a triazine derivative, and an amine or an inorganic base is 10 μg to 60 mg with respect to 1 ml of the non-aqueous electrolyte solution.
