1. An antioxidant agent intended to be applied to thesurface of a metallic starting material, containing:a plurality of glass frits having differentsoftening points; andan inorganic compound having a melting point nothigher than 600°C. 2. The antioxidant agent according to claim 1, whereinthe inorganic compound is at least one of aninorganic salt and an oxide each having a melting pointof 400 to 600°C. 3. The antioxidant agent according to claim 1 or 2,whereinthe inorganic compound is at least one of boric acidand boron oxide. 4. The antioxidant agent according to any one of claims1 to 3, whereinthe plurality of glass frits contain hightemperatureglass frits having a viscosity of 2 x 10^ to10^ dPa-s at 1200°C and medium-temperature glass fritshaving a viscosity of 2 x 10^ to 10^ dPa-s at 700°C. 5. The antioxidant agent according to claim 4, whereinthe antioxidant agent contains 4 to 20 weight partsof the medium-temperature glass frits and 4 to 20 weightparts of the inorganic compound with respect to 100weight parts of the high-temperature glass frits.5^^ 6. The antioxidant agent according to any one of claims1 to 5, whereinthe antioxidant agent further contains an alkalimetal salt.7. The antioxidant agent according to any one of claims1 to 5, whereinthe antioxidant agent further contains an insolublegroup 2 metal salt.8. The antioxidant agent according to claim 7, whereinthe insoluble group 2 metal salt is at least one ofmagnesium carbonate and calcium carbonate.9. The antioxidant agent according to any one of claims1 to 8, whereinthe antioxidant agent further contains a suspendingagent.10. A process for producing an antioxidant agent,comprising the steps of:producing a mixed composition by grinding and mixinga plurality of glass frits having different softeningpoints, at least one of boric acid and boron oxide, andwater by using a grinding device; andproducing the antioxidant agent by mixing waterhaving a temperature not higher than normal temperaturewith the mixed composition.11.
