The invention presents a wind turbine blade with truss-supported structure and twisted face for higher power output and better protection of wind turbine in different weather conditions, this kind of wind turbine blade can be made of metal and helps to reduce noise, it includes a blade root which is insulated from the rotor in front of the shaft, a, truss-supported structure which is made of metal tubes, giving strength to the blade and forming a twisted surface to bear the front plate, and a blade front plate which is a metal or non metal sheet with virtually the same width up to the blade tip. The value α,- of the inclination angle at norm at each position of the twisted blade is determined so that the expression (v - d,ωcotα, )2 cosα, sin2 α, on the condition that: 0 <α< 90° & (v - d,ωcotα,) > 0 has the highest value, in which v is wind velocity at the rated output of the wind turbine; ω is the turbine angular velocity at the rated output; di is the distance from blade position i to the turbine shaft. When the wind velocity is smaller than the rated output wind speed, the blade will be adjusted to increase the inclination angle. When the wind velocity exceeds the rated output wind speed, the blade will be turned to reduce the inclination angle. The blade front plate can be rolled up or spread along the blade length by means of electric motors mounted close to the blade root and insulated from the truss-supported structure. Thanks to the increased blade surface area, the optimal inclination angle between the blade surface and wind direction, and the truss-supported structure which strengthens the blade and minimizes obstruction in the space behind it, it is possible to optimize the ability to produce work of the wind turbine, thus enhancing its power output and allowing for the manufacture of wind turbines that can operate at a constant speed. That the front plate can be rolled up also helps to protect the turbine in different windfield conditions. Besides, since lightning protection is possible, the blades can be made of metal, thus reducing manufacturing costs. Last but not least, because the expected output can be achieved at low rotational speed, the noise from wind turbine operation will also be reduced.

An all male Culicide mosquito population is created by knocking down its Transformer-2 gene, causing the dysfunction of X chromosome-bearing sperm, hence producing severe biased male progenies. Unlike previous methods, we recently discovered that the Tra-2 knockdown also results in female- specific zygotes lethality (XX). This art is therefore also designed to kill early female zygotes (XX) that may have survived the previous knockdown, and the all male progenies are created only when an antibiotic substance has been added into food and drink to feed mosquitoes. The strict limit of the antibiotic exposure time allows mosquito-adapted Wolbachia bacteria to survive. Selected Wolbachia bacteria may induce cytoplasmic incompatibility (CI) of up to 100%. All the progenies are therefore genetically males, which cause sterility when outcrossing with females infected by another Wolbachia strain (bidirectional CI) or are uninfected (unidirectional CI) in natural environment.

This new type of brick is called Yin - yang brick. This product is researched and produced in order to overcome the limit of the traditional bricks produced previously. Additionally, the binding of the bricks in the wall will be increased thanks to the notches arranged along the brick chute and on the brick rib. Compared with the traditional brick, using Yin - yang brick, masonry mortar will be saved, execution period will be reduced, labor productivity will be increased, operation will be easier and simpler than traditional one. If such product is used, socio-economic meaning will be high because production cost is not higher than the traditional product.
