5. WO/2016/033617 METHOD OF ASYNCHRONOUS MACHINE TRANSLATIONWO03.03.2016
G06F 17/28
PCT/VN2015/000010Nguyen Duy Thang Nguyen Duy Thang
The invention has provided an asynchronous machine translation to standardize and simplify translation process as well as improve translation quality. The invention divides the process of translating from language A to language B into two steps, each of which may be independently developed. Step 1 : translating language A to values stored by multipurpose language data storage method (intermediate data) Step 2: converting intermediate data into any language B, exported data may be text, sound, image, sign... The intermediate data enables to exterminate synonyms. Division of the translation process into two independent steps helps to decrease difficulty of translation between two languages (changing from multiplication to addition) and simultaneously translate multi-languages, independently develop new languages and reduce translation on a device to various devices.

6. WO/2016/033618 METHOD OF DATA STORAGE AND LANGUAGE CONVERSIONWO03.03.2016
G06F 17/20
PCT/VN2015/000011Nguyen Duy Thang Nguyen Duy Thang
The invention has proposed multipurpose language data storage method with the aim at making machine translation, text storage and processing better. This method includes the following steps: + Creating data structure, dividing data areas to store components including part of speech, vocabulary, general grammar, synonyms and expansion; word, phrase, sentence, character... are stored by a value. It can be understood that this invention stores data according to object (language unit) but not character at present. Synonyms may be represented by a common value. For all languages, a language unit (word, phrase, sentence...) will have only one value. + Converting plain text into data form included in the invention. It is necessary to determine input language, part of speech, grammar, vocabulary... to convert it into data corresponding to 8 first bytes of data areas used to determine which language to be stored. + Converting data of the invention into text or other forms such as sounds, images and signs...The first steps is to see whether the language to be stored, the language to make data and the result language are identical. In case of two languages, it is required to assign values of Synonyms and Expansion again in default. After that, data is taken simply by converting stored data of the invention into values in the memory including result data.

8. WO/2016/011462 WIND TURBINE BLADE WITH TRUSS-SUPPORTED STRUCTURE AND TWISTED FACEWO21.01.2016
F03D 7/02
PCT/VN2015/000007LAI, Ba At. LAI, Ba At.
The invention presents a wind turbine blade with truss-supported structure and twisted face for higher power output and better protection of wind turbine in different weather conditions, this kind of wind turbine blade can be made of metal and helps to reduce noise, it includes a blade root which is insulated from the rotor in front of the shaft, a, truss-supported structure which is made of metal tubes, giving strength to the blade and forming a twisted surface to bear the front plate, and a blade front plate which is a metal or non metal sheet with virtually the same width up to the blade tip. The value α,- of the inclination angle at norm at each position of the twisted blade is determined so that the expression (v - d,ωcotα, )2 cosα, sin2 α, on the condition that: 0 <α< 90° & (v - d,ωcotα,) > 0 has the highest value, in which v is wind velocity at the rated output of the wind turbine; ω is the turbine angular velocity at the rated output; di is the distance from blade position i to the turbine shaft. When the wind velocity is smaller than the rated output wind speed, the blade will be adjusted to increase the inclination angle. When the wind velocity exceeds the rated output wind speed, the blade will be turned to reduce the inclination angle. The blade front plate can be rolled up or spread along the blade length by means of electric motors mounted close to the blade root and insulated from the truss-supported structure. Thanks to the increased blade surface area, the optimal inclination angle between the blade surface and wind direction, and the truss-supported structure which strengthens the blade and minimizes obstruction in the space behind it, it is possible to optimize the ability to produce work of the wind turbine, thus enhancing its power output and allowing for the manufacture of wind turbines that can operate at a constant speed. That the front plate can be rolled up also helps to protect the turbine in different windfield conditions. Besides, since lightning protection is possible, the blades can be made of metal, thus reducing manufacturing costs. Last but not least, because the expected output can be achieved at low rotational speed, the noise from wind turbine operation will also be reduced.

9. WO/2016/007975 ALL STERILE MALES OF CULICINE MOSQUITOES: A METHOD OF CREATIONWO14.01.2016
A01K 67/033
PCT/VN2014/000004HOANG, Duong Thanh HOANG, Duong Thanh
An all male Culicide mosquito population is created by knocking down its Transformer-2 gene, causing the dysfunction of X chromosome-bearing sperm, hence producing severe biased male progenies. Unlike previous methods, we recently discovered that the Tra-2 knockdown also results in female- specific zygotes lethality (XX). This art is therefore also designed to kill early female zygotes (XX) that may have survived the previous knockdown, and the all male progenies are created only when an antibiotic substance has been added into food and drink to feed mosquitoes. The strict limit of the antibiotic exposure time allows mosquito-adapted Wolbachia bacteria to survive. Selected Wolbachia bacteria may induce cytoplasmic incompatibility (CI) of up to 100%. All the progenies are therefore genetically males, which cause sterility when outcrossing with females infected by another Wolbachia strain (bidirectional CI) or are uninfected (unidirectional CI) in natural environment.
