Use: medicine and biotechnology. Aim: to increase the reliability of determining infection by viruses with lymphotropism, to eliminate false negative reactions in testing blood for the presence of lymphotropic viruses during EIA and PCR testing, and to detect viruses with lymphotropism in biological material having a concentration of virus particles lower than the sensitivity threshold of EIA or PCR methods. Essence of the invention: the method for assessing the viability of viruses with lymphotropism comprises collecting biological material and determining whether said material contains virus RNA or DNA by means of conducting a polymerase chain reaction (PCR reaction). In addition, a lymphocyte suspension is taken from the blood of healthy people, to which lymphocytes an equal volume of biological material is added. This combination is then mixed, incubated at a temperature of 37°С for a period of 6-8 hours, and the lymphocytes are washed of plasma and broken down. The lymphocyte cytoplasm is then subjected to PCR testing. The detection of virus RNA or DNA in the lymphocyte cytoplasm indicates that the viruses have retained their viability. The absence of virus RNA or DNA in the lymphocyte cytoplasm indicates the inactivation of the viruses.

The film is formed by spraying of the liquid. The gas cloud is diluted with air to safe concentration levels by restricting the vertical movement of the gas cloud in the enclosed area and dividing the gas cloud escaping from said area into separate flows. The apparatus for dispersing the gas cloud comprises a solid enclosure which is mounted around the container and on the upper edge of which at least one mesh enclosure is mounted. Reservoir jets which are oriented towards the mesh enclosure are connected to a source of the liquid. A cover having openings into which pipes are mounted is fixed on the upper edge of the mesh enclosure. Gas and thermal radiation detectors are arranged between the container and the mesh enclosure and are connected to a system for controlling the supply of liquid into the reservoir with the jets.

The aim of the invention is to develop a general-purpose readily accessible method which allows adequate diagnostic and prognostic information on the psychological state of a person to be obtained in a short period of time. The method includes measurement of the electrical activity of the heart with isolation of organic sequential sampling of the RR intervals, comparison of this with integral psychophysiological parameters and analysis of the degree of expression of these parameters. After sampling an RR interval, a spectral analysis is made of this to obtain values of the spectral density of the cardiac rhythm, and the spectrogram of the cardiac rhythm is divided into sub-bands within the boundaries of the conventional ULF, VLF, LF and HF bands. Ranked estimates of the relative spectral density are then made over 100 sub-bands and these are compared with integral psychophysiological parameters. When there is high spectral density in the F1 region, the state is assessed as epileptoid, in the F3-14 (ULF-VLF-LF) region as adaptive, in the F10-14 region as neurotic, and in the F11 (LF) region as introverse.
