As it is known nowadays traditional low frequency cdb equipment are going to be left, for two main reasons: 1. The elimination of insulated joints necessary for confining electric signals within the cdb (this elimination is needed owing to increase in speed of rolling stocks). 2. The presence of new generation locomotives with AC engines that generate on the rails electrical noise with frequencies comparable with the one used in signalling with much higher power that "blind" traditional control systems. In order to face these problems market is suggesting delegating the continuous looping of vehicle signals to GSMR systems (or like this) and adopting for train detection axel counters and Audio Frequency cdb. Both the indicated techniques seem not to be very satisfactory because they have implementation and calibration problems that we intend to overcome with the proposed solution. The solution is based on multi frequencies coded transmission signalling sub system able to operate at low frequency. The system can operate on insulated joint free rails by transmitting control signals trough rail electric noise in SIL4 secure way. The system is cheap, can be easy implemented and assures stronger transmission on longer cdb. The system can be also used to verify rail integrity and other environmental situations on the rail; with some on board equipment modifications the system can be used also for continuous cab signalling repetition (nowadays this is usually made by GSM system).

The invention refers to an apparatus for obtaining multilayer sheets for printed circuits comprising a two-level press by means of which it is possible to exert a vacuum pressure on a stack of mutually superimposed multilayer packs with the interposition of separation sheets made of anodized aluminum. The packs in- clude dielectric layers variously metalized on at least one face, alternated with prepreg layers. The metallization elements present on the two sides of each pack are portions of a copper band repeatedly folded at 180° around each pack and each separation sheet. In the copper band, a strong current circulates which heats the band via Joule effect. The heat thus generated causes the close fixing of the various layers in each pack. A PLC, connected to several thermal probes assisted by a PC, controls the current generator in order to make the temperature of the stack increase according to a pre-established gradualness, consequently obtaining about the same temperature in all the packs of the stack. The apparatus, object of the invention, also comprises a ventilation apparatus by means of which it is possible to accelerate the cooling of the stack of packs at the end of the pressing process. In particular, the PLC, assisted by the PC, controls the ventilation apparatus in order to make the tem- perature of the stack decrease according to a pre-established gradualness.
