The subject matter of our invention is a device apt for measuring the physical efficiency and power output of human running, walking or other motions, which is made up of at least a measuring device fastened in or on a shoe (21) and/or on its sole (22) and a central measuring device that performs data transmission (2) with it, and an accelerometer (25, 51) and sensors (23, 31) suitable for measuring various physical parameters. Another subject matter of our invention is a method for the application of the device apt for measuring physical efficiency and power output of human running, walking or other motion caused by forces exerted by the lower extremity. A characteristic feature of our invention is that it has arithmetic unit (43, 48) apt for computing physical data of motions; a measuring device that is made up of a shoe unit (41) that is responsible for measuring the components of the force (15) emerging on the contact plane (11) between the sole (22) and the ground; the shoe unit (41) contains a transceiver unit (44) and a battery (45); furthermore the central measuring device is made up of a central unit (46) fastened close to the centre of body mass (17), which is apt for capturing velocity data; this central unit (46) is made up of a central transceiver (49) and a central battery (50). The invention relates to a new dimension in winter sledging. The advantages of the proposed novel form of sledge in terms of ease of use, safety, efficiency and ergonomic design are particularly significant because users are most aware of these factors. The ergonomic design provides efficient, safe and easy handling. The steerable, braked sledge, comprised of four runners (3, 5) which are joined in pairs by transverse fasteners to create a front steering part (2) and a rear seating part (4) provided with a comfortable seating surface, is characterized in that the two aforementioned main parts are connected by an adjustable connecting member (1) such that the rear seating part is firmly secured and cannot be displaced, creating a single unit that is connected to the front steering part with the aid of a shaft which permits pivoting movement, thus making it possible to turn the steering part right and left, rendering the sledge steerable. The braked sledge has a simple braking device consisting of a brake handle (8), a shaft (6) and brake blades (7) and is characterized in that raising of the brake handle, which is located below the hand on the outer side of the sledge and is firmly connected to a shaft which rotates in openings in the runners of the rear seating part and is situated between said runners, causes the brake blades to enter into strong contact with the sliding surface, and the resulting mechanical friction generates a braking effect. The size of the sledge can be adjusted easily as required because the rear seating part can be moved forwards and backwards along the longitudinal shaft of the connecting member (1) and fixed in a new position, wherein easy and rapid assembly is provided by adjustment of the relative position of the connecting element with holes (10) and the rear seating part on one line such that wing screws (9) can be inserted into different holes in the connecting member to provide fastening.

The subject of the invention is a protecting and shielding arrangement for vehicles to be used for preventing damage and loss to vehicle bodies, that could caused by occurring hailstorm and against sunshine. The net used as protecting cover is made of flexible plastic net reinforced with metal fibre or fabric and a netlike dense and strongly woven cover is placed on a linkage. Extension (14) is formed on the connecting end (8) of the telescopic rods (5), on the which pins (15) are located. The pins (15) are fitted in grooves (13) of recesses (12) created in the supporting plate (9), that forms a part of central supporting unit (21). Extension (14) and pins (15) is are ensured by the connecting part (11) that form the lower part of the central supporting unit (21). Invention is to create an equipment, which can be assembled easily and quickly.
