WO/2016/142721 MECHANISM CREATING PROPULSIVE FORCE BY MEANS OF A CONICAL COATED TAPE SUPERCONDUCTING COIL||WO||15.09.2016|
||PCT/GR2016/000009||NASSIKAS, A. Athanassios||NASSIKAS, A. Athanassios|
Present invention consists of a conical superconducting multi-layer coil (4) made of REBCO tape coated conductor, where currents circulate within said conical superconductor when said coil is energized, creating a converging magnetic field within the structure of said coil, said magnetic field interacting either in the absence or presence of an external magnetic field, with said circulating currents creating Lorentz forces having an unbalanced axial component which is not counteracted by mechanical stresses arising within said conical superconductor. This creates an axial propulsion directed towards said conical superconductor coil's convergence direction regardless of the magnetic polarity of said coil. Two conical superconducting multi- layer coils (4) may be mounted on a carrier (8) and activated by energizing means so that these conical superconductors are inversely polarized, this allowing the whole device to operate without being affected by any external magnetic field such as the Earth's. The force being developed according to the present invention may be used in the propulsive thrust required for any machine or vehicle, as well as in the production of energy.

WO/2016/132161 METHOD THAT DETECTS AREAS OF ACTIVE FIRE HOTSPOTS IN REAL-TIME, CALCULATES THE MOST PROBABLE IGNITION POINT AND ASSESSES FIRE PROBABILITY INDICATORS, USING SATELLITE IMAGES AND FUEL DATA.||WO||25.08.2016|
||PCT/GR2016/000005||KONTOES, Charalampos||KONTOES, Charalampos|
In brief, it is a method of monitoring wildfires and detecting ignition points in real- time using satellite images and vegetation fuel data. The method belongs to the fields of remote sensing and digital image analysis. The method addresses the issue of the low spatial resolution of satellite images that are used to monitor fires by combining satellite images with vegetation fuel data, as well as data of topography and meteorology. The satellite image is separated using an automated algorithm implemented for digital processing, into burning and non-burning sub-pixels. Subsequently, based on fuel data, vegetation density and topography datasets that have better spatial resolution than the satellite image, pixels of satellite imagery are divided into sub-pixels of smaller dimension, thus illustrating and representing sub-areas of fire observation with higher spatial resolution for which a fire probability indicator is being calculated. Then, taking into account the flammability information of each sub-pixel as well as meteorological data, the most probable ignition point for each fire event is estimated. After applying a fire dispersion model initialized from the calculated fire ignition point using topography, vegetation fuel and meteorology data, the fire dispersion is computed and based on that, the fire probability indicator is re-estimated as well.

WO/2016/128780 MAGNETIC MOTOR||WO||18.08.2016|
||PCT/GR2016/000004||MANDILAS, A. George||MANDILAS, A. George|
The idea refers to a magnetic motor which uses no energy source. Its supported on two bases by the use of bearings (3) and (3) on his axle (1), bearing a magnetic rotor (1) with 6 magnets on each indentation line of its circumference with absolute dimensions for the right pulling/ attraction to take place and in- between gap on special positions on the rotor (l)'s magnet surface. The rotor (1) is pulled on a torque by the 8 magnets (5) of the periphery which are bolted on their frames on the exterior diameter of the motor's circumference bases (3), (3). Those eight exterior magnets, having a special embodied pulling pace (5) on each point of the 6- line magnet (16), pull/ attract and continue onto the next magnet line of the rotor (1) for the pulling and bending in absolute continuation of the pulling pace from the 8 pulling magnets (5). The eight lateral magnets (5), mounted at an oblique crosswise angle of 20° to the straight line of the rotor (l)'s magnets, cause magnetic turbines at the indentation sides (17) as to promote the pulling continuation at each 4 lines of indentation. The magnetic motor fluctuates RPM from a magnetic rod (10) precisely positioned between two exterior pulling magnets of Δ shape. With the rod (11) and the magnet (10) the magnetic motor fluctuates RPM and brakes to stops the magnetic motor.
WO/2016/124952 METHOD AND SYSTEM THAT PUTS OUT FIRES WITH THE USE OF HELICOPTERS||WO||11.08.2016|
||PCT/GR2016/000002||NIKOLOPOULOS, Vasileios||NIKOLOPOULOS, Vasileios|
In case of a fire outbreak, the fleet of the helicopters is immediately informed which directly rushes to the spot of the fire. According to the invention, the helicopters are equipped with mechanisms that launch fire extinguishing materials. The helicopters afford a mechanism that creates-produces snow, fog. When the helicopters arrive to the spot of the fire, they do a circular deployment, they start launching and moistening all the untouched points with fire extinguishing material (3) around the focus of the fire and then the fire focus is beaten (4). Gradually, as the fire is put out, the ringer of the helicopters is being eliminated. Laser beams can be used as a method of fire extinguishing, that is to send a strong laser beam to the fire spot in order to create a wall along the fire preventing the latter to expand.

WO/2016/113579 METHOD TO PREVENT AIRCRAFT STALLING - ANTI STALL EQUIPMENT||WO||21.07.2016|
||PCT/GR2016/000001||KASTANAS, Konstantinos||KASTANAS, Konstantinos|
Method of prevention - avoiding aircraft stalling, mostly due to bad weather conditions and minimizing cruising speed, by placing a device that is able to produce and deliver continuously the appropriate amount of smooth air flow to the upper part of the wings and at the junction of the root of the wings with the main body of the aircraft, capable to replace the possible turbulent air flow accompanying the detachment molecules from the wings of the aircraft with smooth analogue like, thus avoiding roaming in a stalling situation. The device shall be connected to the proper air flow detector, and even to the weather detector, which already exist on advanced aircrafts, and whenever required, it will be activated and will produce the appropriate amount of smooth air flow, that of similar density and speed for each time required to maintain the necessary lift, regardless of variable weather conditions or other phenomena, as discussed above, and eventually channel it at the upper part of the wings.
