The method combines different electrolyte solutions having the same solvent. The solution is successively compressed and vaporized at different temperatures and the vapor is successively absorbed by the second solution that exhibits higher negative deviation, at higher temperature. The absorption heat of each absorber is recovered by the next evaporator. The more evaporator - absorber pairs that are used the higher the temperature lift or the created pressure ratio. Finally the vapor returns to the first solution at high temperature. Electrolyte is dissolved and rejected from each solution to achieve total heat recovering and the very high efficiency of the cycle. Gas absorption is suggested instead of solvent vapor.

The invention proposes a manufacturing method for enhancement of the luminosity of SiC-based LED devices using double exposure of the light-emitting surface of a LED device or LED component or SiC wafer to linearly polarized radiation of a femtosecond laser beam of a proper fluence. The first exposure results in the formation of a pattern of parallel periodic grooves onto SiC surface. Then the LED device, or LED component, or SiC wafer is rotated by 90 degrees and subsequently irradiated for a second time. The double exposure results in the formation of an array of regular depressions and nanogrooves onto SiC surface. These depressions act as an anti- reflecting coating due to smooth variation of the refractive index from its value in the crystal to air and lead to the increase of internal quantum efficiency of LED. The manufacturing method can be performed during the LED device fabrication or as a pre- or post- fabrication step. The manufacturing process can be performed in air or after immersion of a LED device, or LED component, or SiC wafer in liquid.

The present invention provides method and system for controlling membrane fouling in a membrane filtration process which is well tested in a pilot MBR system treating synthetic wastewater (SWW) as a municipal simulated wastewater, using small copies of commercialized modules and different type of membranes working for a long period, wherein said fouling control includes high frequency membrane vibration. The mechanical energy of vibrated apparatus is used to create and/or increase the shear-rate at the interface of the membrane filtration element in order to increase or improve rejection of the remaining or stacked elements, thus reducing or eliminating the accumulation of these retentate compounds, which causes blockage of the membranes. The method and system according to the present invention, works in situ at the relaxing intervals of the filtration process in a continuous or intermittent mode. The results of the present invention in accordance with the attached diagrams proven that there is no need of continuous use of HFPV process, as if a periodic vibration applied. The main goal of this invention was to establish a method/system to prevent or to remove deposits from filtration membranes used in a fluid separation process, by means of vibrators coupled either directly to the membranes or to the frame bearing said membranes, wherein the vibration applied in periods of membranes relaxing, which alternate with periods of active filtration, without vibration. Vibration can take place mainly in a direction parallel or perpendicular to the surface of the membranes themselves or the surface of the array of membrane elements, at amplitude ranging from 0.1-1.5 mm, but also in other directions, at smaller amplitude. Preferably vibrator's frequency ranges from 20 to 600 Hz, wherein the frequency, amplitude and/or waveform of the vibration can be constant or may be varied, during the membrane cleaning process and can be properly regulated according to the system needs, with an advanced monitoring operational system. It is a further object of this invention to provide an MBR system that does not utilize membrane air scouring as main cleaning process but as an associated cleaning system and process thus reducing energy consumption. In addition one more issue of this invention is to provide a new approach for the membranes' cleaning, taking into consideration for the first time the cleaning water temperature in a tank or in backwash process with or without vibration.

Molds for fabrication of custom and potentially modifiable abutments and impression posts for dental implants with various degrees of angulations (including zero degrees) and various dimensions are provided, with a generally oval shape that expands laterally upwards, a symmetrical or asymmetrical cross-section, and regular surfaces, that are fabricated as one piece, or as two coupling pieces snapping onto each other. Custom abutments achieve the development of a custom gingival emergence profile, three dimensionally, which is potentially modifiable according to the needs of each particular clinical case. Custom impression posts that correspond in dimensions and angulations to the abutments allow the accurate recording and transfer of the developed gingival emergence profile from the mouth onto the working cast, where the final implant prosthesis is fabricated. The custom abutments and impression posts have properties and design that allows their preparation and usage as temporary abutments for the cementation and support of temporary prostheses, following the same principals as per teeth temporary rehabilitation, but they can also be scanned by a digital scanner for the generation of a digital impression and the fabrication of a digital prosthesis.

The custom abutments achieve the development of a three dimensionally customized gingival emergence profile according to the needs of each clinical case in different sizes and dimensions around the implant platform. Impression posts corresponding to the custom abutments in dimensions and angulations allow the recording and transfer of the developed gingival profile from the mouth onto the working cast in order for the final prosthesis to be fabricated accurately, while they also have independent parts that improve the quality of the results of the implant treatment process. The custom abutments and impression posts moreover can be modified to be temporary abutments used to support a temporary prosthesis and can also be scanned by a digital scanner in order to generate a digital impression and or digital working cast.

It is a compact technical solution, with few peripheral parts, for transport to and from the beach / sea, a non-permanent structure, with little construction time, stable on sandy ground and with low construction costs, while the transport wheel base ensures ergonomic storage and transport of the entire folding apparatus.

A spray jet discharging device of long range, whose function is based on the production of a powerful air stream with liquid droplets dispersed therein, the maximum velocity of the spray jet being at least 300 km/h. The air stream is produced by a centrifugal fan with a spiral housing (1 ). The device is mainly used for fire extinguishing. It may be mounted at fixed points or on land vehicles via a suitable support for the fan, which enables both rotation of the spray jet beam in the horizontal plane, and changing of its inclination angle in the vertical plane. It may be remotely controlled (10) or manually operated (60). There is also a version of the device for aerial fire-fighting operations (90), configured to be suspended from an aircraft, e.g. a helicopter, and a device for portable use (1 10), which can be carried by a fireman.
