The ballast tank comprises a sensor which activates the pumps of the cylinder that carries the water upwards to the turbines, which generate energy. The water then spills out of the cylinder, preventing same from filling. The solution for the electrical industry consists of not causing any direct or indirect harm to the environment, since no pollution is generated. Unlike prior technologies, said generator does not require any fossil fuels or biofuels, thus reducing industrial expenditure, for example in the electricity industry.
