PURPOSE: A surface treating device and a work holding jig are provided to transport a work without damaging it due to the pressure of the liquid when the work is very thin, and improving the quality of the surface treatment for the work by improving the uniformity of the current distribution inside the surface of the work. CONSTITUTION: A surface treating device comprises a surface treating tank(200), a first and a second guiding rail(130,140), and plural transporting jigs(30A). A solution is accommodated in the surface treating tank(200) which has an upper end opening(201). The first and the second guiding rail(130,140) are installed to be extended on a position that is offset from the upper side of the upper end opening(201) of the surface treating tank(200) in a first direction parallel to the length direction of the surface treating tank(200). Each transporting jig(30A) is placed in the solution of the surface treating tank(200), holds a work(20), and is supported by the first and the second guiding rail(130,140). Each of plural transporting jigs(30A) a horizontal arm part(30), a first guided part(310), a second guided part(320), and a vertical arm part(330). The horizontal arm part(30) is extended in a second direction which intersects with the first direction. The first guided part(310) is supported by one end of the horizontal arm part(30), and is guided by the first guiding rail(130). The second guided part(320) is supported by the other end of the horizontal arm part(30), and is guided by the second guiding rail(140). The vertical arm part(330) is suspended from the horizontal arm part(30) at a position between the first guided part(310) and the second guided part(320), and holds the work(20). 표면 처리조의 위쪽으로부터 벗어난 위치에 배치된 레일을 따라서 반송되는 반송 지그의 구조를 개량하여, 매우 안정적으로 반송 지그를 지지할 수 있는 표면 처리 장치 및 워크 유지 지그를 제공한다.표면 처리 장치는 처리액이 수용되고, 상단 개구를 가지는 표면 처리조(200); 표면 처리조의 상단 개구의 위쪽으로부터 벗어난 위치에서, 표면 처리조의 길이방향과 평행한 제1방향(A)을 따라서 연장 설치되는 제1, 제2 안내 레일(130, 140); 표면 처리조의 처리액 속에 배치시켜 워크를 각각 유지하고, 제1, 제2 안내 레일에 지지되는 복수의 반송 지그(30); 를 가진다. 반송 지그는 제2방향(B)을 따라서 연장되는 수평 암부(300); 수평 암부의 일단측에 지지되고, 제1 안내 레일에 안내되는 제1 피안내부(310); 수평 암부의 타단측에 지지되고, 제2 안내 레일에 안내되는 제2 피안내부(320); 제1 피안내부와 제2 피안내부 사이의 위치에서 수평 암부로부터 수하되어 워크를 유지하는 수직 암부(330); 를 가지는 것에 관한 것이다.
