PURPOSE: A tact switch for electronic components is provided to collect foreign materials between a pattern assembly and an empty space inside of a metal dome, thereby preventing a short circuit or contact failure. CONSTITUTION: An insulation part(11) of a predetermined diameter is formed on the center part of an upper pattern. First and second electrode parts(12,13) are formed on the insulation part with different polarity. The insulation part is formed by crossing a lower pattern. A metal dome(40) is mounted on the surface of the upper pattern. A collection groove(14) is formed in order to collect dust or foreign materials. COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012

본 발명은 전자부품용 택트 스위치에 관한 것으로, 상부 패턴과 하부 패턴이 일정한 두께의 절연층을 사이에 두고 상하 전기적으로 연결되어 회로 패턴을 형성한 패턴 조립체; 및 상부 패턴의 표면에 장착되어 전자부품 버튼 클릭시 탄성적으로 휘면서 전기적으로 연결가능하게 하는 메탈돔을 포함하여 이루어지고, 상부 패턴의 표면 중앙부에는 메탈돔 내부의 빈 공간과 상부 패턴 사이에 존재하고 있었거나 전자부품 버튼 클릭 과정에서 발생할 수 있는 먼지나 이물질들을 포집할 수 있도록 포집홈을 형성하여 이물질에 의한 접촉 불량이나 쇼트를 방지할 수 있도록 함으로써 전자부품 버튼 접속률이 보다 높아질 수 있으며, 또한 패턴 조립체의 최상단, 즉 메탈돔을 덮은 상부 커버필름의 상단에 돌출 보스를 형성함으로써 전자부품의 버튼키를 누를 때 메탈돔과의 접촉성이 향상되어 클릭률과 클릭감이 더욱 좋아질 수 있는 것이다.
