The invention provides a battery pack system as well as a control method and management equipment thereof, and relates to the technical field of a battery. The battery pack system comprises a batterypack, a battery management module, a discharging loop module, a continuous current loop module and an energy storage module; the battery is connected with the discharging loop module in series; the battery pack is connected with the continuous current loop module in series; the battery management module is used for monitoring the temperature of the battery pack; when the temperature of the batterypack is less than a first temperature threshold value, a starting instruction is transmitted to the discharging loop module and the continuous current loop module alternately according to regulatingand control frequency so as to control the discharging loop module and the continuous current loop module to start alternately; the discharging loop module is used for starting according to the starting instruction so as to enable the electric quantity of the battery pack to flow into the energy storage module; the continuous current loop module is used for starting according to the starting instruction to enable the electric quantity of the energy storage module to flow into the battery pack; the energy storage module is used for storing the electric quantity. According to the technical scheme of the invention, the time needed by heating of the battery back can be reduced.
