The invention provides a shift register and a driving method thereof, a gate driving circuit and a display device. The shift register comprises: an input control module, connected with a positive-going input terminal, an inverted input terminal, a frame scanning control terminal, an inter-frame control terminal, a positive-going input node and an inverted input node; a positive-going input module,connected with a pull-up control node, a positive-going input node and a forward scanning control terminal; an inverted input module, connected with an inverted input node, the pull-up control node and a reverse scanning control terminal; a pull-up control module, connected with the pull-up control node, the frame scanning control terminal and a pull-up node; a pull-up module, connected with thepull-up node, a clock signal terminal and an output terminal of the shift register; and a first voltage stabilizing module, connected between the pull-up node and the output terminal of the shift register. The invention can ensure that the shift register can normally output when switching a scanning mode.

本发明提供一种移位寄存器及其驱动方法、栅极驱动电路和显示装置,移位寄存器包括:输入控制模块,与正向输入端、反向输入端、帧扫描控制端、帧间控制端、正向输入节点和反向输入节点相连;正向输入模块,与上拉控制节点、正向输入节点和正向扫描控制端相连;反向输入模块,与反向输入节点、上拉控制节点和反向扫描控制端相连;上拉控制模块,与上拉控制节点、帧扫描控制端和上拉节点相连;上拉模块,与上拉节点、时钟信号端和移位寄存器的输出端相连;第一稳压模块,连接在所述上拉节点与移位寄存器的输出端之间。本发明能够保证移位寄存器在切换扫描模式时可以正常输出。
